Reservation Procedure
Advertised rental rates are complete including taxes (10%) and Accidental Rental Damage Insurance. There are no surprises like 'add-in' fees (such as cleaning, key deposits, etc.) when you contact us to make a reservation. What you see advertised on this site is exactly what you pay!
All
reservations require the Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.
The cost of this Insurance Policy is $45 and provides you with up to $1500 worth of un-intentional damage to your rental home.

Once
we receive the $45 Addicental Rental Damage Inssurance Policy payment,
we will mail you your rental
agreement. No reservation is "locked-in" until this payment has been received. You have two weeks
to return the signed rental
agreement with 1/2 of the
total rental amount. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
Note: In order to make your reservation planning easier and to assist you with making your payments, VIP Island Rentals is now offering a convenient optional payment plan. Payment plans are only available for full week rentals.
Optional Payment Plan - Your total rental fees due can be divided into a monthly installment plan that will assure your vacation is paid in full 30 days prior to your check in date.

Vacation Travel Insurance
To make your vacation as worry-free as possible, VIP Island Rentals is proud to offer our guests Travel Guard’s very affordable Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This insurance plan includes coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical and medical evacuation, 24-hour emergency travel assistance, and more. Payments
We accept Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, cashiers check
and money order. We will accept personal checks if received at least 2 weeks prior to rental date.
All of our homes are fully
furnished and the kitchens
are fully equipped. The only
thing you need to bring are
your personal linens (sheets,
pillow cases, bath towels
and wash cloths). Some items such as dish soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc. are provided in sufficient quantity for a few days, but we ask that you replace anything you deplete.
Most
homes are non-smoking. You
may smoke outside but no interior
smoking is allowed in homes
designated as non-smoking. If you or a guest does smoke outside you are responsible for picking up all cigarette butts and property disposing of them. Please place them in outside trash containers, not in the trash cans located inside the homes.
