Reservation Procedure

Advertised rental rates are complete including taxes (10%) and Security Deposit ProtectorÔ. There are no surprises like 'add-in' fees (such as cleaning, key deposits, etc.) when you contact us to make a reservation.

All reservations require the Security Deposit ProtectorÔ Policy. The cost of this Insurance Policy is $45 and provides you with up to $1500 worth of un-intentional damage to your rental home.

To make a reservation, either phone or e-mail us with your verbal request. Your verbal request will hold that reservation for 10 days.

Within that 10 days we must receive your payment of $45 for the Security Deposit ProtectorÔ. Once we receive your security deposit protector policy payment, we will mail you your rental agreement. You have two weeks to return the signed rental agreement with 1/2 of the total rental amount. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cashiers check and money order. We accept personal checks (if received at least 2 weeks prior to rental date).


All of our homes are fully furnished and the kitchens are fully equipped. The only thing you need to bring are your personal linens (sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and wash cloths).

Most homes are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but no interior smoking is allowed in homes designated as non-smoking. If you or a guest does smoke outside you are responsible for picking up all cigarette butts and propertly disposing of them. Please place them in outside trash containers, not in the trash cans located inside the homes.
